You must use the street containers for your garbage, located 100 meters from the house (to your right upon exiting).4. No Parties or Events: To ensure a peaceful environment for all, parties or events are strictly prohibited within the premises. Non-compliance will result in immediate expulsion without compensation.5. Occupancy Agreement: Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is allowed access to the house. Any additions must receive prior approval from the owner. In compliance with the law, all occupants must be registered with the local police system.6. Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the balcony.7. Pet Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed within the property.8. Utilities Usage: While the consumption of electricity and water is included in your reservation, excessive use may lead to a deduction from your deposit. Please be mindful of your consumption.9. Property Condition: Any damages or concerns should be reported on the day of check-in. Failure to do so implies acceptance of the house and its contents in perfect condition, cleanliness, and as advertised.10. Valuables: Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings, including cash and valuables. The property owner, insurance, or any intermediary cannot be held liable for loss or theft.11. Owner Access: The owner reserves the right to access the property with prior notice to the guest in case of damage, issues, or necessary repairs, ensuring the safety and maintenance of the property.12. Photography and Recording Restrictions: The use of the property for commercial photography or recording purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the owner.13. Late Check-Out Policy: Check-out is at 10:00 AM to allow cleaning staff adequate time to prepare for incoming guests. Any delays without prior agreement will incur a fee of €20 per hour.14. Security Deposit: Please be aware that violation of any of these rules may result in the loss of your security deposit, either in full or in part, amounting to €50.Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these house rules.Checkin and Deposit in time: Please be aware that we are not a company specializing in tourist rentals; we exclusively offer this apartment for rent.
