Apartamento SunBeach - Puerto Banús, Marbella Overview
Apartamento SunBeach - Puerto Banús is located in Marbella, Spain. Rated 5.8 out of 10 based on 11 guest reviews.
Apartamento SunBeach - Puerto Banús is a practical apartment stay in Marbella, Spain, positioned on Calle Ana de Austria near the energy of Puerto Banús. With a swimming pool, a terrace, and air conditioning, it suits travelers who want downtime between beach days and evenings out. The lift and express check-in/check-out help keep arrival and departures smooth, while soundproof rooms are a useful touch for anyone sensitive to street or nightlife noise.
The location is one of the biggest draws: Puerto Banús Marina and Playa de Puerto Banús are about 1 km away, putting dining, shopping, and the seafront within easy reach. Marbella Old Town is roughly 6 km from the property, so you can trade marina glamour for historic streets and viewpoints when you want a change of pace.
Guest feedback is mixed overall, with a 5.8/10 rating based on 11 reviews. Several visitors have pointed to the appeal of the apartment setup and the value of having a terrace and pool on site, while others suggest it may not feel perfectly consistent for every traveler. If you’re traveling as a couple who plans to spend most of the day out, or as a family looking for a base near the beach, it can work well—especially if you appreciate the convenience of discounted offsite parking and the help of a tour desk for planning.
For a more comfortable stay, consider using the soundproofing and air conditioning during warmer hours, and plan your sightseeing around the short distance to Puerto Banús and the manageable trip to the Old Town.

Not an automatic booking. With a 5.8/10 guest rating from only 11 reviews, it looks more like a practical, value-leaning option than a consistently loved stay, so you should confirm details before committing.
Best For
- Travelers who want an apartment-style stay near Puerto Banús’s nightlife energy
- Beach-focused visitors planning day trips to Marbella Beach (about 2 km) and returning for downtime
- Small families needing air conditioning, family rooms, and a quieter indoor setup with soundproof rooms
- Guests who appreciate on-site conveniences like a pool, terrace, lift access, and a tour desk for planning activities
Not Ideal For
- Guests who rely on consistently strong reviews, since the overall rating is modest (5.8/10)
- Anyone who needs lots of review-backed confidence, given the very small review sample (11 reviews)
- Travelers expecting a fully hassle-free arrival experience, since the listing only indicates express check-in/check-out but doesn’t provide more detail about parking logistics beyond discounted offsite rates
What to Expect
You arrive in the Puerto Banús area on Calle Ana de Austria, where the vibe feels lively enough for evenings out, but the apartment setup gives you space to unwind. The stay is built around comfort basics like air conditioning, soundproofing, and a pool plus terrace for slower moments between plans. With Marbella Beach roughly 2 km away, you can structure the day around beach time and then return to the apartment for a quieter reset. Based on the 5.8/10 rating from 11 reviews, expect a stay that may be practical and functional, but not one that consistently impresses guests.
Location Intelligence
The location near Puerto Banús is the main draw if you want to be close to Marbella’s more energetic scene while still having an apartment base. Marbella Beach is about 2 km away, making it a reasonable target for walking or short trips. For bigger excursions, Ronda (37 km) and Selwo Marina (16 km) are within day-trip range, while Malaga Airport (60 km) and Gibraltar International Airport (80 km) cover your main flight options.
