Luxury Golf Rio Real Apartment, Marbella

Luxury Golf Rio Real Apartment is a ground-floor stay in Marbella, Spain, set on Calle Incosol, 70, with the kind of layout that suits both families and couples who want privacy without being far from the action. Guests tend to mention the ease of settling in after a day out, helped by air conditioning for warm afternoons and a terrace that offers a calmer rhythm than the bustle of the marina. The hot tub/Jacuzzi is a standout for travellers who want a simple, on-site way to unwind, and the free wired internet is useful for anyone who needs to stay connected during a short break.

Reviewers also highlight the practical side of the apartment: family rooms make it easier to travel with children, and the pet-friendly policy is a relief for those bringing dogs or cats. Security features such as CCTV outside the property and a security alarm add reassurance, while smoke alarms and CCTV help travellers feel more confident during their stay.

Location-wise, the apartment places you close to Los Monteros Beach (about 1 km), so early swims and late walks are realistic without long drives. Rio Real Golf is roughly 2 km away for golfers who want to fit a tee time between beach plans. For a change of pace, Puerto Banús sits around 10 km from the address, where you can browse the marina and dine by the water. If you’re planning more rounds, La Cala Golf is about 12 km away.

Overall, Luxury Golf Rio Real Apartment is best for travellers who want a comfortable, apartment-style base with a terrace and hot tub, plus straightforward access to Marbella’s coastline and golf courses.
