We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.For stays 28 days and over the following rules apply:1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent.
