In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest. "IMPORTANT: Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement. The cost is 10€/towel."Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
