ViVi Homes - El Sembrador Pool, Terrace & Golf is a family-friendly holiday home in Málaga, Spain, set on calle AZABACHE, 28 in the El Sembrador area. With a guest rating of 7.6/10 from four reviews, it’s the kind of place travelers tend to choose for a quieter base where the outdoor space actually gets used. Check-in runs from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, so plan your arrival accordingly, and note that parking is not available on site. Inside, the stay is designed for comfort with air conditioning and non-smoking throughout, plus a safety deposit box for peace of mind. The outdoor setup is a highlight: you can unwind on the terrace with outdoor furniture, then cool off in the swimming pool when the day heats up. For downtime between outings, the home includes table tennis and darts, along with billiards or a pool table, which works well for groups who don’t want to leave every evening.

If you’re looking for nearby activities, La Cala Golf is about 3 km away, and Playa de Calahonda is also roughly 3 km from the property for beach time and easy coastal access. For a bigger day out, Málaga’s Centro Histórico and the port area are around 21–22 km, giving you the option to switch from relaxed resort-style hours to city sightseeing.

This home is best for families and road-trip groups who want space, a pool-and-terrace routine, and straightforward access to both golf and the coast, while keeping expectations realistic about the lack of on-site parking.
